Could be that it's worse in DX9 or can depend on your graphics card.
I do see something there on my settings just really have to squint my eyes to see it.
I went into cas on my laptop yesterday to check if the bug was there to rule out graphics card and my pc as an issue and sure enough the bug was very much visible on my laptop too so it has to be the game.
