[HCHSP] Sims autonomously eat prepped ingredients (Patch 1.119.109)

This issue was previously reported here and was marked fixed after the Nov. 4th update. Faye Harris and I do not agree that an effective fix was deployed. Here she is enjoying some prepped meat during her visit to my sim's house.

I'm playing on PC, fully updated game, local caches both cleared, mods & CC removed.

Facts. I will grant that my sims are doing this a lot more infrequently than before but it still happens, and when the bartender thing didn't actually get fixed they reopened the threads.
