This seams to happen to all my sims with tattoos, not only those with custom tattoos. There are also a bunch of clothes from BG and other packs that show tearing when zooming out, I hope this is not related to the optimization they have been doing lately, this is so immersion breaking and it barely ever gets noticed by the team. I will also attach a image of a BG stocking that also shows this kind of problem
