Hot tub Playing Music with No Stero Upgrade

I'm not sure why this is happening. I noticed it occurs more frequently in residential rentals, but not sure that's the actual cause.

I am having this issue too and strangely my aqua-zip which also doesn't have a stereo added on is ALSO playing music 🫠 Usually all my stereos magically turn on when I am off lot and come back but these two are just annoying because I can't turn them off since the stereo is not installed...
