I haven't been able to repeat this one consistently, but it has happened a couple times. During the parents' "Woohoo in Hot Tub" time, I move the camera to check on their kids. (This time, it was a monster under the bed, although I think it was something else last time.)
When I come back to the parents in the hot tub, the water of the hot tub is no longer bubbling and opaque. The water in the hot tub is still and clear, and I can see what the parents are doing during their "Woohoo in Hot Tub" time. It's more surreal than scandalous, but still, there's a glitch somewhere.
MacOS, no packs, no cc, only one mod (UI Cheat).
