Household members turning into neighbors/ Can't use doors (1.112.519/2.06)

One of my household sims turned into a neighbour but still lives in the house. They are able to perform regular actions but cannot use doors or self actions (poor guy couldn’t make a New Year’s resolution). I had to move him out of the household (and upset his whole family lol) and then ask him to join the household again to fix it. Tried testingcheats true, reset object but to no avail. This is happening since the latest update, restarting and repairing game also did not work.
