I’ve been playing with my household for a few months and had to stop because of a bug issue that was solved in the latest patch update. however, after playing for a few hours yesterday, the mother of my household became a “neighbor” sim. I can still see her in my household but she can no longer enter the house and is stuck outside, and when I hover over her head it says Neighbor in red letters. I have tried resetting the Sim, and restarting the game, but to no avail. Any suggestions or so I just need to wait until the next update?
I usually just have to travel to another lot with the sim in question, like a park, bar or similar community lot and then travel back and it takes care of itself. Hope this helps until they fix this bug. 😉
