Household members turning into neighbors/ Can't use doors (1.112.519/2.06)

I am having an issue where one of my sims can't access the house they live in because above their head they're labeled with "neighbor" even though they live in the same house as their husband.  I do use mods but I believe all my mods are up to date and are working correctly.  Issue seems to fix itself when traveling to a different lot then going back home.  The mods I use are; MCCC, RPO Mod by Lupinou, Life Tragedies by Sacrofficial, XML Injector Mod, Litte Miss Sams automatic thermostat and Panda Sama childbirth mod.
