Household members turning into neighbors/ Can't use doors (1.112.519/2.06)

After ending a birthday party one of the sims in my household who had been invited to the party is completely broken. It says she is a "neighbor" even though she is in the household and I can click on her. She can interact with things in the living room and I can control her but whenever I try to que up an interaction that will require her to leave the room (such as sleeping or using the toilet) she waves at me and gets the "no route available" icon over her head. No other sims are affected. I have tried closing the game and she is still broken upon restarting.
