there are a couple similar threads for this already so:

Does your Sim have a neighbor tag if you hover over him ?
Is it just that Sim that has issues or others as well ?
Is it just that door ? Have you tried turning the door around to see if that makes a difference ?

I tried turning the door around, I even deleted the door and put it back. My house has two doors and he won’t enter neither one. And it’s just him. The wife can get in. I just looked and yes it says neighbor when I hover over him.
