Household members turning into neighbors/ Can't use doors (1.112.519/2.06)

I even unlocked the door and allowed access for my sims. This just started. He has been able to go in and out of his house

Does it resolve the neighbor tag if you travel to another lot and back ?

It’s now working. I had to have his wife invite him in and the neighbor tag went away. 

My sim is a neighbor in her own household after leaving the game or going anywhere. its really annoying and no hack to fix it. 

I also started having this problem with my sim being labelled as neighbour today.

Going into manage worlds and back again didn't seem to fix it, but I haven't tried anything else just yet.

I'm having a similar issue right now with a new sim in a save game I made when Businesses and Hobbies came out. I made her for the new Royalty pack event. She worked fine before, but now I can't click on her at all (I was trying to make her go jogging, but it just ignores when I click on her now). I noticed today it says neighbor above her head, idk if it was there before when I couldn't click on her or not. She's the only sim in the household, not mods or cc installed right now (not in my folder at all, though apparently I had used some in this save file before because some items disappeared on a lot I had made a while ago -- and not at all for the new sim or new lot I made for her). I can still control her, and doors are working okay (for now), I'm just annoyed I can't get her to go jogging, practice singing, etc. 

My engaged couple had a baby but after she gave birth now its only recognizing her as a neighbor. I can still select her and play her as if she was a part of the household but when I try to have her partner engage with her - i only get the Invite In option. She's your partner, not a vampire bro. It happened after aging up the newborn to an infant, but that isn't tied to her. I only have EA purchased DLC, no Mods, no cheats active. 

Im having this issue with a fae sim i made like a month ago or less, just started happening for no reason, she hadnt left the lot in days

This just suddenly happened to my fairy sim when he instantly flew to the front yard of their house. I had his wife invite him in, but it didn't remove the neighbour tag. It only disappeared after I selected "send all visitors home" or something like that from him.

I tried reseting my sim and exiting to the map view and coming back to the household too, but those didn't help at all.

I play on PC, no mod or cc.
