When I travel with my one Sim to the café lot “South Square Coffee” in Windenburg, another Sim from the household follows after a certain time, even though I have not instructed them to come with me....

Did you ever give this household member a key before they joined the household or were they part from start ?
Is it just the one specific Sim that comes with or just the rest of the household ? Can you duplicate the issue with another household/save ?
There's this older bug report: [OPEN] Sim travelling in group by default | EA Forums - 11391925 with sims not travelling alone but that's usually right away and all of the household.
Could you please also add a tag if you are using mods/cc ?

No, I haven't given a key to any of these Sims in the household

The rest of the household came as well then, this bug also occurred with another savegame and other household as well.

What I also wanted to write about, I had the same thing in another save file, but it was always this café in Windenburg.Gave this a short test on my save and didn't happen.
Guess i'll check with a CM if they want to treat it as the same.
