Household Sims automatically follows Sims/Can't send home

i do use mods, and ive taken them out its still the same issue, im on windows, im not on an scenario, it happens on both when one goes to work where i can do objectives and when i try to travel with 1 sim, the household will follow and leave their jobs/school 

I got a pop-up for my sim who wanted to go on a date with his wife. I accepted and went through the date UI as expected, but did not choose any additional sims to invite (or "guests"), just him and his wife. I got to the venue and their teen had joined them. I was not able to send her home, because she was considered part of the event, even though I had not selected her.

I will note that the teen was my currently active sim when the pop-up occurred, so maybe the fact she was the active sim somehow forced her to be included. I will try to see if I can get it to happen again, but it certainly seemed like a bug.

(I'm sorry if this has already been reported. I searched and couldn't find this specific issue.)

Issue as per title.

Visited Camp Gibbi Gibbi with adult after sending child to school. Was trying to check out nearby Fitness World Event. But going to Camp Gibbi Gibbi spawned my child home from school immediately and obliterated her school grade...

Was unable to find if already reported.

This is also happening to me. I wanted my Sims to go on a date BECAUSE the infant was getting in the way of romance 😭

this happens to me with some frequency, even if i try to send them home they just come back and they often show up during social events that they were not invited to

it happened just now where it brought my teen sim home from school at noon so she could show up uninvited on her parents love day date and i cant send her home since there is a social event active

Whenever I send one sim or two to another lot, another sim in my household tags along uninvited. This happened when I sent my sim's parent's on a date, in which the daughter came along uninvitedly and I was unable to send her back home because it was an event. This also happened again when I sent my teen sim to hang out with her friend in which the dog randomly tagged along. It's very frustrating, especially when they do this during dates or other hangout events in which the send home option is greyed!!!

Just recently had this happen again, the sim left work early to turn up on a community lot that I had traveled to with another member of her household and now I cannot send her back to work
