Fairies in fairy form put down their wings before mounting the horse which results in route failure without even attempting to move towards the horse, and when they do succeed in mounting the horse, the animation is completely borked from the original position they're standing without them walking up to the horse to begin the mounting animation. With human sims it works just fine.
