[HSY] [BH] Clean business activity doesn't include empty boba cups

The clean business activity rule does not seem to account the boba cups. I have my employees clean everything but the boba cups, which have a "throw away" interaction which I'm guessing is unique to the cups and not the universal interaction the other dishes use.
