[HSY] Needs fill on their own after graduating early while at school activity

Have you tried a game repair ? Is it just the current household or also if you switch to another or test a new save game ?

Hi, yeah so I have tried a new save with the same sim ( loaded from gallery, saved before the glitch) and after 2 in game weeks it has happened again. I didn't use any cheats but reset debugging the sim. I restored the game after the glitch happened the first time on the 9/23/25.

If it matters, the glitch happened on first my sim that I created, second time on molly from hs pack.

edit: I want to specify that I did the repair thing through the ea app that does the redownloading than created a new save.

Also looking at the photo, shes still working normally and realized both sims had the glitch happen when they graduated early from hs while at an afterschool activity.

I'm playing in a household of 2 young adult sims, a child sim, a newborn, and a cat, and one of the YA sims' Hunger, Bladder, Energy, and potentially the Fun needs aren't decaying. He was playing the piano and I watched his energy bar rise from where I had cheated it to, with out doing anything. The rest of the household still is but only the one sims isn't. I haven't bought any rewards traits that would affect the decay of any of those needs, and I disabled mods and its still not decaying. I haven't used any cheats to affect his need decay either.

He has the Lazy, Bro, Music Lover, Cheerful, Domestic traits from CAS, and the Frugal, Storm Chaser, Stoves and Grills Master, and Carefree rewards traits, and the only newer moodlets for him are "Made a New Friend" and "Righteous Riffs" bit neither say anything about certain needs staying maxed. He also has the Close-knit and Indoorsy Lifestyles, and is Balanced with Bad Luck currently. I have every pack, so I really don't know what it could be. 

Has anyone dealt with this/ know what could be? 

I forgot to mention that I've reset the sim, entered and left cas, went to manage worlds, and saved and exited multiple times

I merged your post with a similar report. Bit unclear though as you say that you cheated the energy bar (with a mod ?) but never used cheats ?

Could you also upload the Sim to the gallery ?

Hi sorry for the confusion! By never using cheats I meant that I never shift clicked the sims or mailbox to affect need decay. After I disabled mods and confirmed they weren't causing the issues, I went back in with UI cheats and set all his needs to half to see if they'd refill on their own and the did. I couldn't tell if it was all 6 or just the 3 I originally mentioned 

Looking at the other post were both playing on long lifespan, I don't know if that could be causing the issue, but I'm not on laptop mode. I uploaded the household to the gallery, Their household name is Charles, and the potentially glitched sim is Joel, they should be featured on my showcase (?) but idk really how gallery works.

Update: just opened the save to play it today, and it was still broken at first, and then it randomly fixed itself! I think going into, and then out of buildmode fixed it, but I didn't catch exactly when it happened I just noticed the started to decay and stay decayed. Pretty sure I had tried build mode before but hey, pretty sure it fixed it!

edit: game crashed and I hadn't saved, so I checked, and going into build buy fixed it!
