I have also been having the issue that the vendor does not show up to be able to order bubble tea/ food. I understand that during events like fashion shows and comedy nights one never does, but under the normal times one should. This has been happening for a few months also, just never had the time to report.
The notifications for the events also appear to be over saturated as per Simsimsere response.
