[HSY] No vendor for thrift tea counter appears

Same issue with the bubble tea counter for over a month. Have tried completely vanilla, old save, new save, game repair--doesn't work at all 

Pleeeaaaaaseeee fix this! I don't know how many more threads we gonna have to open and how man people are going to have to comment saying they have the same issue, it's been months! Vanilla game, comedy night happens at bubble tea shop every day and the vendor never shows up!

I noticed this issue today on my PS5. I thought I was doing something wrong 😕 

This is happening to me as well on my PS5.

I have tried a new save and still the same. At the thrift shop, the shop owner is there, but does not go to the counter no matter what.

And if I place the counter down on a community lot, no one tends to it especially at the carnival in copperdale as well. 

same issue & same notfications popping up like fashion show,  comedy night etc.

I am also having this issue. The Bubble Tea Vendor has never spawned in. The Thrift Store Owner, Fashion Enthusiasts, and even Bubble Tea Customers spawn in.

After these latest updates, the comedy and poetry events are in an infinite loop at the thriftstore. The bubble tea barista no longer appears, and the events happen on any given day, never ending. 😟

I have also been having the issue that the vendor does not show up to be able to order bubble tea/ food.  I understand that during events like fashion shows and comedy nights one never does, but under the normal times one should.  This has been happening for a few months also, just never had the time to report. 

The notifications for the events also appear to be over saturated as per Simsimsere response.
