[HSY] Prom disappears from Calendar

Can someone from EA please address when this is going to be fixed? I do not understand why this isn't being treated as a high priority problem considering the main feature of one of the big packs is totally non existent for the majority of people, meanwhile new packs are being churned out and we are being expected to pay more money for things when the things we paid for months ago aren't even working!!! This pack should not be for sale while this problem is happening! People are buying something with features missing! Why can a hot fix patch not be sent out?? Why is there no concern or communication??? This is absolutely shocking. Who do I have to @ on here or contact because I am honestly sick to the back teeth of this. 

I still get the "get together before prom at so & so place invite" from a classmate, but like everyone reports and I have the same issue no prom on calendar or anything? 

I have the setting option on, but no prom in calendar.

I'm on PC, while the active Sim is a teen that goes to school.

Agreed, no prom interactions aside from pre prom hangout invite. No prom on calendar.

I haven't even seen anything about prom except the decorations for it in build mode :'(

How many more months does EA need to fix this problem? When will I finally be able to enjoy what I PAID for? How can they release new packs and then spend months without fixing the problems with the existing ones?

I'm having the same issue. I've tried all of the suggestions and nothing works. I even reinstalled the entire game and it still doesn't work.  I was hoping the last patch update would have fixed it, but it hasn't.  This is interrupting my game play. It's not a an object or outfit, it's a major event for sim gameplay with this expansion pack and I don't understand the delay in fixing it. It's been over a month of this.

YES! The pre-prom party is available but the prom event and any prom related options and actions are GONE, like they never existed. It's pretty much one of the only big bugs that has affected me in the last few years.
