Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- I'm a bit unsure if the bug where you have to switch sims for the tasks to update was fixed or not. Do you have more than the teen in your household ? Can you try switching Sims once you've done all the tasks to see if that fixes it ?

Yes,I removed all my cc,but this issue still exist.And there is no other people,just one teen in the household.
