my teenagers just aged up and they both still have acne and it won’t go away. i tried turning it on and off, i repaired my game. i’ve tried everything

.... perhaps it is not a bug, but life.
In real you can Remain Acne scars too.
I Decided to let the setting on, it is something my sims (& me) have to live with.
