[HSY] Teens don't loose acne when aging up to YA

my teenagers just aged up and they both still have acne and it won’t go away. i tried turning it on and off, i repaired my game. i’ve tried everything Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title fit old bug...

I've just had this issue and none of the workarounds worked for me - even aging the sim back down to teen to deal with the acne didn't work. What did work was using the MC Command Centre to fix it:

MC Command Centre > MC Cheats > Cheat Sim Info > Mood/Buff Control > Remove Buff

I looked through the list of buffs until I found two that mentioned teen and acne in them, I got rid of them and then I had the sim freshen up and the acne was gone.
