My YA Sim has already graduated, but the ceremony keeps repeating every Sunday, despite already having the "graduated with honors" trait.
I have every pack except JtB, MWS, FR, B&H, EbN, and various kits. This bug occurs with or without mods, and haven't found any mods or cheat codes to fix this for me. I'm also playing the latest version on a Windows 11 PC from the EA App.
I'm at my wits end trying to find a solution!

I am seeing this too plus I can never get my diploma since the valedictorian speech works but the pop up for getting a diploma comes with no option to get it on the podium, Sim etc. The principal leaves almost immediately (if she's supposed to hand them out) but even when I force command her back it doesn't work
Yes I just ran into this after the March 23rd update "fix", I finally felt safe playing my HS sim, she had graduation, went to the ceremony, gave speech, got diploma, etc., etc. There were no goals for graduation, but I do not remember if there ever was, it has been so long that the full pack was fully broken. The following day got married to her HS sweetheart, and the graduation appeared on the calendar for the following Sunday. I thought just a glitch and had her attend again, the following day started University, and again there was HS graduation for her on the calendar again. This is with and without mods it shows up for every Sunday.
P.S. I found the same bug with my Sim's husband. They started dating in high school, and I had my own Sim graduate early as a teen. However, after they both aged up, got married, and formed a new household, my Sim's husband started having graduation every week! 😫
The only workaround I've found so far is to make sure my Sim and her future husband graduated early as teens. IDK how to make it stop once they both turn YA's.
