 I am unable to get into live mode after the new update and getting the new pack. none of my previously working sims will allow me to get into live mode either.  I get an error stating "The game failed to load. Error Code:135:2cec3921:f1119e43. it is recommended that you relaunch the game" I have relaunched the game serval times and even repaired all the game files but still it prissiest. I play on Mac if that helps solve my problem
