how can yall be so stupid when it comes to updates for the sims? like i literally just opened my game and i see my characters half naked and bald, i checked if i still have my packs, sure asa **bleep** i do, when i play the game and make a new family, guess the **bleep** what? my packs are not there anymore, why? because you **bleep**ing **bleep** think its **bleep**ing fine to get money, have IMPOSSIBLE way to contact ya'll OH and most importantly ZERO **bleep**ING COSTUMER SERVICE, I DONT GIVE A **bleep** IF THIS IS TEMPORARY IM SICK TO MY STOMACH BECAUSE YALL DONT GIVE AN ABSOLUTE **bleep** ABOUT ANYONE!!
