[IL] Conservationist: Diving for treasures doesn't give treasure

Hello!

Suddenly, when I tell my Sim to "Scuba Dive for Treasure" (he owns all the necessary items), when he pops back up the response as if I clicked "Survey Ocean Floor". He returns with an underwater photo, and the pop up says "Successful dive! Zachariah was able to record very valuable research data while surveying the ocean floor." 

He is in the conservation career, and currently has a career task that says "Survey Ocean Floor" (which has already been completed) I'm hoping that's what's glitching it out? He has also reached the top of the conservationist career and received the "Master of the Sea" trait in case that matters. This occurs when I attempt to Scuba Dive for Treasure in multiple locations. 

I have zero mods or CC installed, and have pretty much every pack (missing a few kits).
