[IL] Suntanning gives wrong pattern

My sim wore the following shorts (no top) when sunbathing and this is the tan he ended up with:

Playing on Windows 11, no mods, no CC, almost all packs installed (just a couple of kits missing). Note that I have never used cc so it can't be down to that.

I had my sim sunbathe nude in Sulani and she had the tan lines from the default pink underwear. She still got the moodlet for having a perfect tan from sunbathing nude so it's just a visual bug that ties in with the "sims wear default underwear when nude" not sure if I can add pics as the tan lines are around her bum and chest and they might get flagged as inappropriate imagery.
PlayStation 4 version, no mods/cc and sims 4 is updated to the most recent console update.
