[IL] Turtle Hatching event not taking place (After Patch 1.120.111)

Hi,
you wrote that you fixed it in Patch 1.119.109.1020, bit it still doesn't show up.

When the Message appeared, my Sims travelled immediately to the Admirals wreckage lot in Sulani, but there was no turtle hatching event.

Very disappointing.
