Infant/Toddler covered in black cloud after playing in object

It's not so bad, it's a bit funny. Fresh debris comes along the trail as she's being carried around.

My toddlers and infants go play in the kitchen cabinet, the library or anywhere that will start that dust/cloud animation as if they are making a mess and then the animation stays on until I completely restart the game. The sound that comes with it is also playing which make the overall experience quite annoying.

I'm having the same issue with the dust/debris/cloud animation with my infant after it was playing on the ground in a trash pile indoors.

When an infant is playing in something (e.g. a dresser) and making a mess, you see a dust cloud animation around them. Sometimes it doesn't go away even after the infant is done making a mess. The cloud follows the baby wherever they crawl. Even when an adult Sim picks up the baby, the dust cloud follows the adult. It only disappears after I exit and restart the game. This has happened so many times it's very annoying. It's not been fixed even in the latest update...
