I play on Xbox and I've had quite a few issues with infants. With the reaching milestone it was done over and over again, there was no notification however the infant did the action and it was registered in her simology. This issue seems to cause any more milestones to be prevented. There have also been glitches with her after the sit-up milestone having her seem to be stretched into a child size for a few seconds before going back to normal. The biggest problem I had thought was the fact that whenever she naturally aged up she aged to a toddler for one second and then aged up to a child, skipping the toddler portion entirely.
