Sent a sim couple to visit the triplet infants family. Problem still persists. Infants 2 & 3 that were lost to the world are now on the ground next to the father. A mysterious butler joined the couple and is now in their group and the front door is not allowing them to knock on it.
The back door allowed them to knock on the door and enter the home.
Infant one is no longer hidden under the crib, she is missing
