Infants/Toddler spawning outside of home after loading back in (Patch 1.119.109)

I downloaded the update and loaded a save file that I play without mods or CC. This file is used to test updates or to determine if an issue is caused by a mod or cc or just to play the game vanilla ...

This happened to me today, on the save I've sent you (just a later version). One of the sims froze, and didn't not even have the menu to "shift-click" on, so I went worlds and back in, and the infant was across the street.
