Infant/Toddlers loose interactions after Daycare (Nanny/Daycare choice dialog)

I came to forums to report the same bug. 

I did everything. Updating/cleaning mod files, repairing the game. Nothing work. 

My sim can't interact with infant too...

Infant can't click on itself also. I was clicking on her before sending daycare, when she came back I couldn't. 

Only reloding the game fixed it but for other sims. Infant after reloding still could not click on herself.
