Infant/Toddlers loose interactions after Daycare (Nanny/Daycare choice dialog)

unable to take care of infant needs unless they are in the crib. I click on them and get more options and when I click on it nothing pops up. I also can only click on the crib to be able to have the option the fix their needs but not when I click on the infant
