Infant/Toddlers loose interactions after Daycare (Nanny/Daycare choice dialog)

When my sim goes to school, the infant sim is uninteractive, and I can't help with needs. This only happens when I have my infant go to daycare as my sim is at school, I've tried deleting mods, and I've tried restarting the game. I can't repair the game, please help.
