Infant/Toddlers loose interactions after Daycare (Nanny/Daycare choice dialog)

I'm also experiencing this issue. It's only happening when the infant gets sent to daycare. So far I've only been able to fix it by saving and exiting and then reloading my save. I play on pc with no mods.
