Infant/Toddlers loose interactions after Daycare (Nanny/Daycare choice dialog)

Every time my adult sims leave the house to go to work and I select "send to daycare" for my infant sims this bug happens. After they are sent to daycare when my adult sims come home from work and I click on my infant sims, the only option that appears is "more choices". When I click "more choices" the only options that come up are the action choices which is just to form or add to a group. To fix this bug I have to exit to manage worlds every time.
