Infant/Toddlers loose interactions after Daycare (Nanny/Daycare choice dialog)

i am also having this issue. once toddlers come back from daycare i cant no longer interact with them unless i make the toddler start the interaction. then i start see interactions again but not for long. after a while if i click on the toddler i cant interact again.
