Infant/Toddlers loose interactions after Daycare (Nanny/Daycare choice dialog)

When i select my toddler sim it wont let me select any of my other sims that are in the household, nor will it let me get the toddler to do things like go to the potty, nothing comes up. i them try save and exit or just save the game and it stays on the saving screen and doesn't change, i have to force quit on my laptop. its super annoying and i cant really play the game its happened 5 times now

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
Did you send your toddler to daycare ? Do you have no menu at all clicking on the toddler or just MORE ?
What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
