Infant/Toddlers loose interactions after Daycare (Nanny/Daycare choice dialog)

Whenever my toddlers/infants go to daycare, the interaction menu completely breaks. The toddler/infant is unable to click on themselves. No menu pops up at all. Other sims are able to click on the af...

Every time my sim goes to work and her kids get sent to daycare, when she comes home I can't click on her infant child to interact with her. I just get the "more choices" pop up. I can be in the infant's perspective and have her do things, but I can't do anything from the parents perspective. It gets fixed if I go into manage worlds but this happens every time my sim goes to work and the kids go to daycare. It doesn't affect toddlers.

I don't use mods or CC and I play on PC.
