Invent New Hashtags interaction missing

My Sim has reached level 8 charisma skill and according to the notification she can now invent new hashtags, but when I click on the computer the interaction is nowhere to be found. My Sim has a little over 2,000 followers, so should be plenty to do the interaction and the notification doesn't mention a followers requirement. I'm playing on windows 11 pc and have no mods or cc.
