Island Living interior missing

After installing the Island Living DLC and going to its map, visiting other lots is broken.

The interior is missing and the walls only collapse if going very close to the ground (see screenshots). When on my own lot everything works fine.

I already reinstalled the DLC and used the repair feature to no success. 

The game is installed through the EA App on a MacBook Air M4.
