After the recent sims 4 update, I have noticed issues with holidays and events. Today, in my sims’ world is Winterfest. Everything started out fine but as the day went on, the little “holiday” icon in the top left corner started glitching. It was stuck on one character, but some icons were gone and it wasn’t updating in real time, it was stuck, even though sims had performed the “aspiration completed” movement. Now, the holiday icon has completely gone, I didn’t cancel the holiday or anything it’s 4pm. I don’t have photos as I didn’t expect it to disappear, but I can prove it’s disappeared.
As my household is new, it’s still going through the little event things, like “you and your phone” and “always on the move”. I have photos of this issue as it’s still appearing right now. Basically, it’s only showing one of the events even though I’m sure there’s multiple going on, and when you hover over the icon it shows a different name to the one actually there.
Has anyone else had these issues since the latest patch, which I believe came out this week (week beginning 28/4/2025 and that’s DD/MM/YY format.) I think the patch possibly came out on Tuesday 29/4/2025 but I couldn’t be sure. My playstation called it V2.12.
