Items are getting stuck in the grab hand when moving from stacks to inventory

Trying to move anything between storage (ex: the fridge) and the sims inventory is moving the first stack and then automatically selecting another object in the storage. The next item or stack select...

When you go and open the fridge, open it and try to take an item out to put in a sims inventory, the item duplicates in the fridge or even has the item next to it overlap it and it doesn't go into the sims inventory. I tried all fridges and it happens to all of them.
