I have been having this issue for the past month or two where I am unable to move produce (milk, eggs, vegetables) out of the fridge and in my sims inventory. Sometimes in works a couple of times but then it stops working. I can move things into the fridge no problem but when I want to move them to my sims inventory or to a surface it is like the item freezes and the animation becomes double. It sticks to the mouse arrow so I have to go to build mode to get rid of it. I can get my sim to take individual items out and place them in world but if you have 20 eggs that is not something that you want to do. I do a lot of farming/simple living saves and that requires selling produce that you are not using. So I like to put them in the fridge and then sell the excess at the grocery stand or shops. I am using mc command and ui cheats mods but I have tried taking them out and it is the same. I have also tried new saves, repairing game and new fridges. Interestingly cakes and meal dishes work fine, it is only the produce. This is very frustrating as this is a big part of the way I play this game... Hope someone has a solution for me. 🐞
