After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

My issue is a bit different, after 10 min I am not able to place anything or save. I can't even change the wallpaper or floors. I was not moving, changing, or placing stairs.
In fact each time I am working on something different.
I uninstalled the game and all packs, then reinstalled.
I tried new saves, old saves, and current save and it happens every time a little after 10 minutes.
I started using a stop watch.
The issue never happened until after the recent update.
I stopped playing until it's fixed, because I don't want to keep having to restart the game after 10 minutes of build and buy.
