After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I have just started experiencing an issue where when I try to place a new item or move an item to a new spot in build mode, the item will not place, it either continues to move around with my mouse or just disappears and will not place, even with adequate space for the item. If I flip into live mode and then back into build mode, I can then place the item. If I switch to a different tool (eg. Sledgehammer) then I can also place the item. However even with these solutions, I can only place one item at a time, if I try to place a second item it again won’t place.
