After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

Hello, since the 18th September update I have been unable to to place any items on build mode. Once I select an item and go to place it on my lot it disappears. The only mods I have installed is the MCCC which I updated yesterday when I updated the game. I have repaired the game and also re-disenabled mods, both to no avail. Is there anything else I can do to fix it?
