All of the adults in my household get attacked by bees/bats/spiders all the time, multiple times a day for each one. The Creepy Crawlies lot challenge is not turned on. For a while I thought I had some curse on my after going to Salvadorada, but even sims that have never gone there get attacked. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

My sim from got attacked and bitten by plasma eating bats in his own house.
I have never ever had this issue before. I have never had so many bugs as i have now. In just 15 minutes today 2 major issues happened.
I have NO MODS installed or anything.
Sounds like the Creepy Crawlies lot challenge from the Jungle Adventure pack could be active on your home. That has plasma eating bats that attack sims 😬
Are there any totems or traps from the temple in Selvadorada on your lot as decor? I've had this happen a couple years ago. And it was due using the traps from the temple in Selvadorada as decor on my sim's home lot.

The problem persisted even after I removed my Mods folder.
I play on PC.
I tried turning on and then back off to see if that would fix the issue, but it was happening before I turned it on in the first place. I play in Del Sol Valley if it makes any difference.
I have some artifacts on my lot a decoration but nothing else from Salvadorada.
I played for a while off of my home lot and I didn't get attacked, but I seem to remember it happening before. Not 100% sure on that though.
