[KNSP] Rocking chair near toddler's bed prevents Sims from reading to toddler

oh this must be what im experiencing! I do play with mods and cc but i did try it with an extra save i made with my mods and cc disabled, read toddler to sleep still doesnt work. there is a rocking chair in the toddlers room. I wouldnt say 'near' the bed
